Antecessor

The character has a long-passed ancestor keeps a watch over them, especially when the character gets involved in dangerous situations. The ancestor can be someone who was a loved on during life, or perhaps they are little more than someone long buried in the family line who has taken a liking of the character and wants only the best for them. Whatever the case, the character often receives a strange forewarning when entering into dangerous situation, especially spiritual situations.
