Any page tagged with one of the basic character status categories (Active PCs, Inactive PCs, etc.) has the option of using the character template provide below. There are three ways this template can be utilized:

 1. Template using the form
 2. Template without the form
 3. Bare Bones: Create your own, completely custom character page.

Template Using The Form

To utilize the form and associated template simply enter your character's name into the box below and click 'Create Page'. Should you wish to edit the information at any time, use the 'Edit with Form' button at the top of the character page to return to the form and make your changes.

The form is broken up into three sections:

 1. Basics: the basic character information which displays in the sidebar of the page. Things like name, birthday, place of birth, etc.
 2. Site Features: main picture, played by information, quote, and categories.
 3. Page Content: the main content of the page and any additional information to display below the main sidebar content.

For ease of use, completing the form will automatically tag the page with the categories for the character status and race.

Template Without The Form

Should you wish to use the template but not the associated form you can do so using the below template. Searching for your character's name in above search box and use the create page option. Then copy/paste the below template into the editor and update the information to fit your character. If you are choosing this option you will want to use the 'Edit' button to edit your character page as opposed to the 'Edit with Form' button. For ease of use, using the template will automatically tag the page with the categories for the character status and race when those fields are filled in.

Bare Bones: Custom Character Pages

If you want to use a custom character page that doesn't use this template you may do so by searching for your character's name in above search box and using the create page option. You should still add a portion of this template somewhere on the page you create as it as other lists on the site (such as the Taken PBs page) use the information in it. Just set visible = false, as below, and this template will make no changes to your page. It will only link and complete the appropriate lists. If you are choosing this option you will want to use the 'Edit' button to edit your character page as opposed to the 'Edit with Form' button.

Character Status

Below is an explanation of each character status available in the form dropdown. The associated category tag is included at the end for those using a custom character page.

 • Active: This is the most common character status. All active PC characters should be set to active in this field.
 • Inactive: This status is reserved for idle characters, those on extended vacation or pending the reap.
 • Dead: This status is for characters who died in game and who's pages are being saved for posterity. RIP.
 • Retired: This status is for characters who have been retired from the game and who's pages are being saved for posterity.
 • Adoptable: This status is for Log-In Ready Characters that require little more than a desc, an email and a +agree before they can go IC.
 • Wanted: This status is for characters which are just concepts with details written (such as siblings, spouses or friends) that still require the player to go through Character Creation.
 • NPC: This status should be used in the creation of NPC characters. These pages should be created or pre-approved by Staff.
 • Other: This status is reserved for Staff and Demo pages.
