In-game equipment is considered any item that is either a weapon or an out-of-the-ordinary version of a common item, such as a souped-up sports car or a super computer. Staff do not require players to list items that can easily be purchased during a quick trip to the hardware store, nor are items like cellphones or clothing necessary to note, but anything that is difficult to come by, illegal to own, or out of the ordinary, should be considered equipment.
Players should keep in mind that they are expected to take their characters resources and concept in consideration when requesting equipment. A Resources 1 character will not own a warehouse, while your everyday, average college student has no business owning a small military arsenal. Staff will take a character's resources and concept in mind when approving equipment.
In addition to the above requirements, players should avoid requesting exceptionally strange or out of theme items. No matter how high your resources, staff will not grant AI tracking drones, military-grade submarines, or experimental laser rifles, no matter how many google articles you find discussing the purchases of some obscure millionaire.

Additionally, in the case of firearms, players should note if the firearm is Legally or Illegally owned. If it is not noted, the firearm will be considered and approved as being registered to the character, under the characters legal identity.
We do not bother with ammo here. Staff trust that players will play maturely and respectfully regarding ammo.
